@@salyoum43 I first saw it when I was about seventeen, and I was already (aggressively) out, but it still helped me a lot for various reasons. Some of the story hits a little close to home, but it still makes me smile when not much else will. Somehow. And Shuichi might make me mad as hell, lol, but for some reason I can't stay mad. Considering that's pretty much my default setting, and I normally can't stand that much loud, manic energy around me, I'd say that's a win. I'm more patient because of this, I think. I still can't quite watch the whole thing without coming out the other side hurting, but it's worth it, and the painful ending is probably one of the reasons it stayed with me so strongly for over two decades. I think that taught me something too. It's nice to hear it helped other people too; there's a lot more representation out there these days, but not so much back then. I'd never seen anything quite like it before, and not everything has the kind of impact this show did for some of us, and it's not just "because gay" - there's something more there. Never been too good at emotions, but this damn show gives me all of them at once. ♡

Like I didn’t think or know you could be guy have feelings and such for another guy. I didn’t come out right away from this but it did make me realize what I was, and for that I’m grateful for this show lol.
