Got more Tdi cars to work on them to make it save fuel .

Guys believed or not this is the cheapest nozzles I’m using in the last Tdi the I’m showing here. Is running powerful and clean. Be aware the I’m not recommending this nozzles or being promoting or getting pay for this advertisement. I don’t even know the seller I just say let’s try it 🤷‍♂️ so you can also try at your own risk .

I like your videos man , glad u are getting so much work I see as something positive, hope I can learn more stuff with that new patient, mine blows the coolant out only one boost plus smoking white constantly but the smoke seems fuel I'm curious about that double return line u added , would love to understand what's the real cause of my constant white smoke , it's like the same as when injectors are bad and smoke when cold but mine does that warm or cold , I have no misfires no power loss no weird behavior like stuttering or anything like that. The timing is on the midle but I do have the cold start issue when it starts right way when the coolant sensor is off or with the wire that goes to the ecu is cut or not connected but I think that's not the cause . My smoke is more noticeable in deceleration or on load , smells disel everywhere it deff needs a doctor for the head gasket but would be handy and cool to understand the constant white smoke probably something cracked that's why it runs fine

It’s fuel not burned do maybe lack of enough combustion maybe the compression is not the greatest leaving fuel passing crude , head gasket can impact a lot on this. And if you know is blowing coolant more likely is the head gasket or cracked cylinder Walls do to a run away at one point on his life 🤷‍♂️

@@taco8v yes the engine sounds good but I really don't know the life of this engine but did around 200 hp for a while and I'm the good owner not the previous one , but surprisingly doesn't heat up if I don't do heavy boost pools runs fine besides the smoke but you're right something is not totally right and probably happen something bad to it . Still curious about that second return line u added that is usually blocked , we tried to do a injector leak test with bottles and it's kinda confusing . But I know that plug usually has a cap and I never seen it before . This kinda smoke also seen it happen in a pd 1.9 but it was the fuel temp sensor ou ours that's inside the pump but I would probably get a code don't u think ? Also if I check the values in vcds on the injectors and the numbers seems normal . I think the iq is okay too . But yeah it needs surgery 😅

I noticed the fuel return lines on the second car is that for better return I always wondered about the rubber plug on the number one injector

HI tACO HOPE YOU are doing well , i have problem you may be able to guide me , I refurbished the bosch pump and followed all the steps to properly assemble it , and primed the pump and it will crank but no fuel come out and no fuel comes out of the lines , what can cause this, ? muchas gracias

Get one !! Don’t wait anymore ! Best car in the world . I’ve owned 10+ cars and the alh mk4 Jetta wagon I have is by far the funnest car and has the most personality. It’s also the lowest hp car ive ever owned. People that don’t know just dont understand . Stop waiting and get one ! Now !

So why was it cranking and not starting? Mine is doing the same thing. No faults stored. Mine has 11mm pump and .216 injectors. It will start right up with a tiny shot of starting fluid but smokes a bit when starting

Sorry i put 2 videos in one . 2 different issues one car not starting was the injection pump electronics i end up changing the ip . And the second car is how I manage to fix the car to save fuel

On the hammer mod what did you set the start of injection

I put the Vcds in the max witch is 32784 than I work my way in the hammer mode. Till is jumping the rpm than I tap it back and I go back to Vcds and adjusted there if you looking for saving I put mine between 12-17 if is manual. If you use the propane and water meth I set mine at 17

So you set injection quantity to 12-17 then you do the hammer mod?

4.2 to 4.4 mg/str is the ideal injection quantity for 1.9TDI VW/Skoda/ Audi. It can be set using adaptation. Hammer mod is not accurate. The IQ changes a bit as you tighten the bolts
