Very simple to make, yet taste delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
Maida - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Eggs - 2 no’s (replace with 1/4 cup of curd)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
One of the best tea time snack, from kids till elders will love to have them.

The taste will change, if you still want to add coffee powder mix 1 tsp of coffee powder with 2 tbsp of warm water and then add to the batter. If u r a coffee lover then ull like the taste.

Yes, but baking powder will give more volume to the cake. As per my concern it's better to add both. If you don't have baking powder then no problem, skip it.
