With most online course platforms (like Teachable or Podia), you're not going to be getting organic traffic since it's about having a platform to upload and sell your course. It's platforms like Udemy or Skillshare where you can expect to get the organic traffic you're looking for. Ironically enough, I'll also have a video up soon comparing Teachable and Skillshare to give you a better understanding of the differences. In terms of exclusivity, I personally haven't seen or heard anything about that with online course platforms that I've used/reviewed. That's the advantage of them, it's your course so you can put it on whatever platform you like. If anything like that ever came up, it would most likely be in some type of exclusive contract with someone else, and (hopefully) it would be abundantly clear.
