(286) Interesting information that The answer of modern version of "How do you do?" Is shifted from "How do you do" to "Nice to meet you" for people we don't know whereas "How are you?" is for people we know. But I think In this post modern or virtual age, relations are also virtual, remained till to "Nice to meet you" or "I'm fine, ok" Even is asked you, "How are you?" ❤️👍🏼

I've already heard this form of greeting long before and thought it was a question whenever you meet someone and I wonder how to make a response on this but imitate by others saying with the "I'm fine, thank you." Thank you, Teacher for the trivia of how supposed to used it in a right way. 🙏😊

Could it be that: How do you do? is not a "real question ", and thus is used for introductions. The answer to it will not be : fine, pretty good great, etc. Whereas, How are you? is a real question, where an answer like: fine, pretty good, great, etc., is expected . Thanks.
