A year ago, I couldn't really tell if the person speaking was using american or british english, but now I do notice the differences. I bet someday I'll be that speaker, and other person will be the one trying to figure out if I'm using american or british accent 😁 I loved the lesson, you're always radiating happiness 😀

I was indeed in over my head about English language. But your videos really ameliorated my spoken and written English skills. My spoken skills are indeed mediocre but watching your videos has made me subvert my hesitation and twitchiness for the language. English don't seem to be a nightmare for me anymore. Thank you for this advanced usage of these 3 verbs. I'm Polish and fortunatelly in Polish language we have the same advanced use of "bet" and "tell" as in English so it's much easier for me. Only "do" is a little unusual for me in this advanced way.

Sometimes I avoid to mention the grief/ the lost to the person just had it, I thought that was the best way because I don't want that person to remmember about the bad memories of the tragedy. But now I know that's inappropriate, and even a silly or clumsy sympathy word is better than pretending to be nothing happened. Thank you really much.
