Absolutely fantastic talk. AS's explanation of Nihilism and Christianity was the most clear I have ever heard. You both summed eloquently the intellectual and spiritual battles many of us face today on the DR side of things. Many thanks.

I can attested to differences in learning materials. My in laws are from the former Soviet Union. Their old mathematic school booklets were very short, but very rigorous in the material covered

IDK what to say about it other that Sam Hyde is a comic genius and I love everything he does. I would gladly give up my life as I currently live it if he would accept me into his Andy Warhol-esque pit crew.

Fair enough. I'd love to see some more critical work on the social commentary involved in his comedy. @@lastthings

1:22:18 the "I don't care about what it says in the bible, I care about what our forefathers did" is extremely anti christian. I say this with the utmost praise It's far closer to Pagan ethics, he needs to shake off the christian yoke. Our forefathers held back Christianity for centuries upon centuries. Modernity is the age of hyperchristianity. Once something becomes pozzed it can't be fixed, it had to be replaced. Modernity never corrupted christianity, it just finally allowed pure christianity to become dominant

Modernity is anti-Christian, it has its fruits it the enemies of the Catholic Church. The liberals, the enlightenment, the protestants (secularists), freemasons, marxism, atheism, materialism... Nothing Christian about that! Or at least not Catholic.

The great books were not saved by christianity, they were almost destroyed by them. Had christianity never come, those books and more would have remained. christians almost destroyed them all

It is certainly true that much of pagan (mainly Greek and Roman) literature and philosophy was destroyed by Christians. That being said, if you want to try and find a high school that is reading Plato or Aristotle, and you want that school to be something other than a Christian school, you will be searching for a needle in a haystack.
