Fundamentally, shimmies are in the shoulders going horizontal (side to side/backwards and forwards whichever makes more sense in the moment), not vertically. I think that's where some of the confusion is coming from? The boys dont have the same gravity pull to help make it intuitive 😂

Is Gracie really that tiny and Jacob that huge? Or is it just an artifact of whatever camera you used?

Gracie is definitely that "tiny", as I witnessed when I saw them live, and Clyde isn't what I'd call a tall man, either. The keyboard stand that he uses is about 3 and a half feet tall and he's not much above it, he looked like he was maybe about 5'7" himself. Jordan is tall, he towers everyone else in the band. Those huge curtains in the background throw the visual off a little, but they are "short". I'm 6'4" and being tall sucks, I'd rather be their size so I can fit on amusement park rides and airplanes 😆

Jacob is listed at 5"9 which is fairly average. Gracie and specifically Clyde are just much shorter than I expected.

@@MadeByIsmael I didn't want to admit that I was so much of a nerd that I looked up Jacob's height but you are correct. Doesn't make you a nerd, either, just my humor 😉. But yes, the Lawrence siblings are short in stature but giant in talent, all that matters.

That internet height for Jacob is wrong. He has said in more than one live that he is slightly under 6 feet, like 5’ 11.5”

@@SonicAlchemy13 It's got to be something to do with the angle and focal length, because Gracie is listed as being 5' 4". So she's smallish, but not tiny. She's also got a Hollywood Head - no surprise, with a voice like that, it's got to come from somewhere - which might make her look smaller.
