1. Access Image Ranking:
Open your web browser and go to midjourney.com/rank. Here, you can start ranking images to teach Midjourney your style preferences. Click on the image you prefer in each pair to begin.
2. Rank Images:
Compare pairs of images. Click the one you like best or hit Skip if neither appeals to you. Repeat this process to rank multiple images. Each choice helps refine Midjourney’s understanding of your aesthetic preferences.
3. Use Personalization in Prompts:
Go to the Midjourney chat. When creating a new image, add --p to your prompt to apply your personalized preferences. For example, type old rusty pickup truck --p to generate images that align with your ranked choices.
4. Compare Results:
Generate images using the same prompt with and without the --p command. Compare the outputs to see how your preferences influence the design. Click Create in Midjourney chat to produce the images and review the differences.
5. Refine Your Preferences:
Continue ranking images to further personalize your output. The more you rank, the better Midjourney understands your style. Return to midjourney.com/rank regularly to update your preferences.
