Teaching My Boyfriend My Language | Shqip | Kosovo | Albanian

✨This week I decided to teach my boyfriend Westley how to speak in my language as I'm from Kosovo.
This was a fun activity to test whether my boyfriend knows any of my language, as one day we will be travelling to Kosovo together so that he can learn more about my culture. It would be handy for him to know some basic Shqip so that he is able to communicate with my family whilst we are over there :) Let's see how well he does and hopefully he will remember some of these basic words.
I hope you enjoy watching and maybe you will learn some new words in a different language too.

Te dua means also „ i want u „ and „i love u“ albanian words has a lot of meanings.

my girlfriend is also from kosovo and i find out her language quite interesting, she says she hates it and she has like forgotten 50% of it. but im personally quite a language liker, if thats a thing, and i asked her if she could show me some time a few words, she said she will so im just watching this video to avoid sounding dumb when she actually shows me😅 Good video btw new sub, also ignore my cringe name. Edit: doubt you’ll see this as im quite late but well.

You look just like a friend's Albanian mother. The "sh" sound is so unique to the languages that way in Europe. Going north turning into "ch".

Kosovo language!God probably died because when he allows something like this at all ... probably when people start colonizing other planets, like the Albanians colonized Kosovo and northern Albania,will found there ancient Language of Jupiter, ancient Language of Mars, ancient language of the moon where is cradle of Kosovo language and ancient Kosovari come from

"Hajde" is a Turkish word and is used throughout the Balkans.👍 But in the Albanian language it is "eja" eg “eja ketu”-come here or “erdha ketu”-I came here.👍🇦🇱🇽🇰

yeah my best friend of 15 years is from Kosovo and I’m just now trying to learn it, especially since her family(basically my family too) jokes about how I still haven’t learned 😂 never too late!

Been with my Mrs for 5 years and ain’t learnt a word of Kosovan. 🐝 Humble, appreciate the video looking forward to more. Do you know anyone that does 1:1 lessons? I find it impossible to learn when my mrs is teaching me. It turns into a giggle fest.
