Any reliable car in the budget is cool. My dad gave an older mercedes, when i started driving, it helped me learn general maintenance of car and maintenance, fixing cars, changing tires, etc.

Lincoln should get either a 2008-2013 Acura MDX, or 2007-2008 Acura TL Type S!!! Both have over 300 HP, has a 3D BOSE audio system, and are super reliable and luxurious, with Japanese cowhide. Also both have 5 star crash ratings, and SH-AWD with a computerized suspension system!! Both can also be had for $7,000-$12,000!! Depending on the milage. I love my 2004 MDX Technology. 184,000 miles, and drives like it is brand new! It drives like my dad's 2011 Range Rover Supercharged! And the sound system is phenomenal with Bose Surround sound!! Plus it has a 5 star crash rating, weighs 6300 pounds! Gets 28-30MPG on the tollway, and has VTEC, and 284 HP! I named him Maximus. I had bought Maximus when I was 15 myself. I had mowed over a hundred lawns, trimmed countless trees, and worked my butt off! It was well worth it to own such a phenomenal vehicle! Now I had just turned 21, and Maximus is doing fantastically, and still drives like new! Even at 191,000 miles! That's my Acura story.

I learned manual car when I was 15, broooo that was so tough to learn in hills to drive I had stalled my cars 100 times and slapped by my father at the same time LOL.

I didn’t get my license or a car when I was 16 years old. I gotten my first car when I was 29 years old and the same with my driver’s license. I got my car before getting a license. My first car was a 1998 Ford Contour SE that I got in mid October 1999. I took the test twice because I failed the 1st test and retook the test and of course passed it. I don’t have that car anymore. It was very good car. I drive a 2020 Ford Escape SE in black now these days. I got the Escape last mid March 2022. When I was 16 years old the first time in driving it was 1986 red Ford Tempo in Driver’s Education in high school. I was so nervous for the first time driving that car. I even looked at my mother’s car which was a 1985 Ford Tempo. I even looked at controls in the car in the garage. I was a big chicken in getting my driver’s license in Illinois. I got my license in Wisconsin.

Hopefully the Tesla Model "2" (The supposed Model 3's little brother) will be available by the time he needs a car! I love my Model 3 and couldn't wait to get a car, but I would definitely have picked a "Model 2" if it was available back when I got mine. The Model 3 is nice, I just simply don't NEED all the space it has. Still love it to death!
