How I got my backflip: tried to do a back handspring- missed the ground with my hands and did a backflip. Then I actually jumped high and did a backflip and it was pretty easy

WOW. Tanner i have to say as one of your older viewers its so nice to see someone so young being so encouraging and helpful. You can see that what you are saying to him is motivating him to keep going and to do better. Amazing to see. You should open a training camp for select kids to teach them to flip safely like this.
