Vermillion tutorials! You can now bring your easel into almost any other VR game in the SteamVR version. Vermillion can Overlay on other apps! Paint in Skyrim, Elite: Dangerous, Fallout 4, or anywhere you want. This is a free series of tutorials for Vermillion, the oil painting app for virtual reality by the Aviary. It is available on SteamVR and the Oculus store.

And the easel appears on Google heart but does not appear on the PC screen for me to record. What do I do?

What’s the best way to paint a perfect circle? I really wish they would install a tool somewhat like the ruler but for circles and ellipses.

A circle-maker is indeed high up on the Vermillion wish-list! For now, the easiest way is to use the Projector to put up a picture of a circle you can trace. Then it will be lots of careful painting, cleaning up with the rag, and lots of Undo! Good luck, have fun, and thanks for watching!

ok i got it to work on google earth vr but not my other games, i guess it doesn't work for all games. But i have a question for you, how did you record the scene with vermillion inside the game ? because i wanted to add it to my obs but the vermillion window is black and the vr game shows only the game. Any idea ?

I had my Steam put my headset view up on a monitor, then had OBS capture that display. Does this make sense? Good luck and have fun! Let us know how it turns out!
