I don't agree with point 7. The aspect of nofap anyway. Any normally functioning man gets random erections particularly at night which amounts to 'using it' and ofcause there is straight up using it for actual sex which unless you butt ugly, broke with no rizz whatsoever you'll get some action and use it every now and then. So I don't agree that you necessarily need to fap to use it. If anything I believe fapping which often occurs with porn use has the potential to cause erectile problems with a partner as you get used to self pleasure and getting off from watching other people have sex instead of having sex yourself and so partnered sex becomes more difficult.
