Team Building Activity At Work [THE MARSHMALLOW CHALLENGE] / Are you looking for some team building activities that you can do with your team? Not everyone loves games, but I’ve got some team building games for the office that people seem to love every time I do them.
This is a marshmallow challenge team building activity for work that I’m confident your team will love.
So, if you’re looking for a team building activity at work, this video will give you fantastic team building exercises for work that make for great corporate team building activities. If you’ve worked in business for a while, you’ll know the importance of having some solid quick team building games and quick team building exercises. Today’s team building games for small groups will add to your piggybank of team building exercises for employees so that you never run out of easy team building games for team building in the workplace.
Not to mention, I’ve always got a few unusual team building activities up my sleeve... and today’s suggestion makes for a truly amazing group problem-solving activity. I can’t wait to share it with you!

I have weekly meeting with my office team. Lately, I am been working on team building activities. Found this one and I love it. We did it today. It was so fun and I think every team member had something to learn from this activity. Thank you for your helpful videos!

Thanks for the team building activity suggestion. I work in an online space and that is the same for my team. Any suggestions for team building when everyone works remotely from their homes?

Hi Theresa. Yes I do have a suggestion. Ask everyone to send in a baby photo of themselves. At the beginning of a conference call either share your screen or send in an email a photo of one team member and everyone has to guess who it is. You can do this over a few meetings. Easy and fun.

Excellent game with lots of learning points and insights into team collaboration, problem solving, benefits of applying known processes and learning from best practices, clarity in team roles! Paying homage to those who’ve come before is a requisite to improving… extending lines and respect. The reflection of our systems need to accommodate these realities. We also know the people in past weren’t perfect either. I have been working in silo easing since I was a freshmen in college at IUP… it’s just a part of me… but there’s lots of people and parts. The unrealized anger and neuro diversity and varied diversity is decent. I’m grateful to many, and the concept of just never agreeing or always being the foil or just seeking without any common seeking…. Requires some dangerous compartmentalization. The value folks place on their hurt and anger is sadly fascinating.

Newsflash🗣Most people HATE “team building” BULLSHIT activities!!🙄🙄Research has shown that it has NO effect on a team’s productivity. People do it because they are FORCED to conform. It’s crazy how clueless HR & Managers are! We just want to come to work & go home, the fun stuff I want to do with my friends & family. We don’t care to hear about our co-workers kids, dogs, gardens, blah blah blah, play games with them, not to mention the disgusting potlucks🤢 I DO NOT eat from other people’s homes so that is one of THE WORSE in corporate America. Just let us do our jobs in PEACE!!!!
