I’m an APAC fan and damn does Korea have some gaming talents. Korea has basically dominated every game with abilities: LOL, overwatch, and now Valorant. I don’t know why though in games where there’s no abilities like CSGO, all of APAC are pure trash. Once you add the abilities in it seems like the Asian anime spirit is triggered 😂

Im an NA fan, but Lakia is such a legend. Played in the OG days of VCT with Nuturn/VS. Competed at the first ever international. Got benched/dropped and competed in tier 2 for almost 2 years before joining Gen.G. 4 years after his career began, he helps bring Korea their first international trophy.

He's held his own against Aspas, beat Derke & Cryo & Woot, and although He does overheat a little at times, He has some serious aim and a great brain. I'm sorry to say this to DRX and PRX, but They should really be ashamed. They have competed in many international tournaments but stumbled badly and never won an international trophy. This year marked GENG's first international tournament, but they came in second in Madrid and won their first Pacific Trophy in Shanghai. Their disciplined strategy and response, as well as their strong mental strength, are truly extraordinary.

Soo many "finally apac win a trophy" comment. HAHA. one thing you guys must know. apac never skip aimlab/kovac and even a deadmatch. those basic things. go watch every each of them live if you had a chances. that is why the aim is soo good and GenG can play a fast pace entry. without a crazy good aim. you cannot do that comp. IT WILL FAIL. but GenG can cause they have the skill set. TH is good too. but they seems to be getting lucky for the 2 map they had and kinda know what to do with fast pace comp by GenG. but any defend can crumble if the attack is soo fast and non stop. and IF TH didnt try to follow the pace and tempo of GenG and play their own slow pace style like on the 2 maps they won . they could have bring back this final home. but they kinda wanted to prove they can do it fast too. but didnt have enough Aim skills to do soo. and GenG know how to deal with a fast pace Comp. sooo TH kinda screwed themself there. well gg for both team. TH will be stronger after this experience. and GenG. congrats for the finally apac won a trophy
