Any fishing team can compete with the best in the game on any given day. You just have to believe in your crew and work hard every day to get better as a team. That persona defines team On Sail. They have been fishing our Quest for the Crest Sailfish Series tournaments for several years. They entered the circuit as a 'non-pro' team and had great success winning many non-pro titles while competing in the tournaments. However, like all competitors, they were driven to get better and that is exactly what they have done over the past five years. All of their hard work came to fruition at the 2022 Sailfish Challenge as they found themselves sitting in 2nd place ahead of some of the best sailfishing teams in the game.
