Poor MC, he definitely wasn't ready for the chaos that Shimono san always brings with him at events, he sounded really confused at more than one point xD
This video is from Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2022 (Kyomafu), My Hero Academia panel (called Villain Stage). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the original/official source here on YT was deleted because I can't find it anywhere anymore! If you have the link I'll gladly add it.

Ahahah nooo way, he clearly sounded like he didn’t know who Inada san is 🤣 and he was too polite with the other two villains! Although I admit I have no idea who he is, he’s probably from Kansai because you could hear the Kansai accent and he said “honma” and such kansai words🤔
