As we grow up, we no longer play like we used to as children, and we often stop allocating time for fun. This talk explains how everyone can find their own definition of what it means to "play," and how doing so will enrich all aspects of their life. Sarthak hopes the audience is inspired to create their happiness by enjoying their passions, and hence view their life differently. Sarthak is happy. Although an ardent full-time student, he finds true joy in his life by exploring passions such as boxing, photography, and music. In his talk, Sarthak tells a unique story of discovering his biggest passion, and he hopes to inspire others to use what they love to create their own happiness. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

About time! Boys and men need to be reminded that play, joy, vulnerability, all of it - is very much a part of being human. No longer do we need to be ashamed.

It's only been recently we have discovered the way in which children learn is through play. So all these parents out there who put their kids in some ridged pre-school and never get the opportunity to play actually show signs of stunted development when they are school age. I wonder if we encouraged adults to continue to play, how much more we would learn then we currently do. Beautiful talk!

The importance of play! It's only been in the last 10 years that we've discovered how important play is for young children, that only through play will a child find their feet, discover their personality - I genuinely believe the need for play continues to play an important role through our entire life.
