If the Totsuka Blade can seal any Pain, or the Tsukuyomi can trap all of them in the same time if only one get trapped -> Itachi wins. Any other scenario than these 2, Pain annihilate Itachi. Thing is, to me the Tsukuyomi, or Kotoamatsukami is a good counter to Pain, and it would work on all of them if it's cast on one of the body because they ultimately share the same chakra. There's no official answer in the manga tho so ig it's just theories

Yeah like the guy above said. The concept of a Rasengan is just manipulating your chakra in a way so that it can be condensed. Wind Style: Rasengan is just Naruto's equivalent of the (Lightning Style:) Chidori. Naruto's chakra nature is Wind. Sasuke's is Lightning and Fire.

For some reason, the jutsu turns completely invisible when applied a lightning nature to it. Even Rinnegan can't see it for some dumb reason.
