do anyone know why it says no signal then goes to low power mode, my computer is plugged in and fully charged

Thank you for this video. I was stuck on set up before watching. Now, I am all set. It's a must watch until the end, so you get to know how to use the screens as one, by dragging the browser over! Great tip! I really was unsure how to use both screens and get them to function with ONE mouse until I watched this video! Thanks again!
