Every foreigner who will taste the sinigang for the first time will have all the same reaction. It takes maybe 10 times of eating it until you get used to its sour taste, I have Australian classmates and they hated it the first time, now they love every variation of sinigang, pork, chicken, beef, bangus or even shrimp sinigang they all love it.

Jollibee chicken joy is sometimes it was dry, sometimes it was too salty, sometimes it’s perfect.. I worked as a maintenance in some Jollibee branch, one of the reasons for dry chicken joy is because it was frozen and not thawed yet.. this happens if the branch is too busy with a very large customers eating and they still doing big orders

i had been in the Manila for a week from 17th until 24th December 2023. To be honest, the food is either salty, too sweet or too sour. Do not get me wrong, i understand that it is filipino cuisine and probably local taste is different than mine (Malaysia).

U should have eaten at Dampa, best place to eat seafood. Fresh and they cook it however u like and whatever ingredients I give them and u buy for all the seafood as well from the wet market beside the many restaurants there. Buttered Garlic Shrimp, sweet and chili crab, baked cheese tanong, adobong Pusit, Gambas, sizzling Buttered corn and mushroom, grilled stuffed squid, Sinigang na Ulo ng Tuna sa Miso, Sizzling fried garlic tanigue with sauce, sweet and sour Lapu Lapu, Ginisang tanong with corn and chili leaves plus malunggay and ginger, u have to know the best place to eat Filipino food.

filipino food usually has much extreme flavours bcos theyre not meant to be eating alone, rice is part of the diet, we eat rice at breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snack, graveyard snack, .. thats why our food tastes much saltier, much sweeter, much savory, much tastier other much western culture like koreans ..
