I am happy to stumble on this video. Thank you. Really need it. :) Brief background, I almost hitting my decade year of working in the same job title and I am losing the thread of motivation lately since most of job applications inside our company are ignored. Despite, still like my company as they have great policies, trainings and benefits, but their qualifications for a higher role is really steep. Sometimes, I don’t know what else to do. But listening to this give me some boost. I guess I just need to strive smarter and continue working because I love what I am doing. Have more patient.
