I could use some help understanding a clerical aptitude test that I had taken earlier this week. We were given about 10 random names like you have shown in the video. Then there was a key that provided choices to choose from in regards to where these names would be filed. Example: (1) Mo-Rs (2) Aa-Cd (3) GJ-Mn Etc. and so on so fourth. Is there anyone here that understands what I am trying to explain? Also did u get any question If the names Brian Josten, Francine Johnson, Frank Jones, and Mary Johnston were arranged for alphabetical filing, the position of the underlined name would be? similar to this? is this goes by last name or first name? francine johnson was underlined.

hi i'm just confused po, coach. are these the actual rules na gagamitin sa civil service exam? coz all the review materials i have (which are made by different people of different professions) have the same filing rules (professional titles first not surnames) and those are not the same with yours... and i just really want to clarify.
