I think the fact that you left these two days in rather than edit them out is credit to you. It makes progress seem much more attainable for the rest of us. Too easy to suggest through clever editing that there is a straight line to success - there isn't and this has been an honest humble reminder of that. Keep up the great work team!

Amen Craig!! I've been told before that just because I'm a PT that I shouldn't admit having bad days of training, nutrition, struggle with form on those bad day's. I like to admit it because it show even fitness professionals struggle with training, nutrition etc.....the struggle is very real from time to time but we live and learn and #wedontquit

JAS: what work did you do to minimize the knees caving inwards?? I struggle with it all the time too...
@RUVlS6 жыл бұрын
Team Power Up Try this: Before moving the load where the knees cave in, do some squats with a small and light resistance band around your knees. This will teach your body to push the knees out extra hard. It worked for me, so maybe try this out a couple times and see if it changes things around for you, too.

another thing to try for squat mobility if your ankles are struggling is do a butt tonne of calf raises before, standing legs locked out like 30 to 60 with toes forward, 30 to 60 toes out and then 30-60 toes in heels out. After that you'll just pop right to the bottom position no bother...

No knees falling in? You should check out Tia-Claire Toomey’s squats, talk about knees buckling. It’s only when we push the limits that we are forced to compromise our form. Also, you know you failed on that front squat because you stretched too much at the start right? You need to keep some tightness in your joints. A little dynamic mobility is enough.
