IMPORTANT Update, if your speaker sounds broken at high volume it means the membranes of the speaker are broken not the board, unless you are switching the logical board for other reasons, you don't have to remove it to fix the membranes, just remove all screws from the bottom and pull the electricity port like on the video before pulling up the whole thing, it was hard at first, but with the right pressure the cloth part will come off exposing the membranes I'm talking about. I successfully repaired the membranes using simple glue and tissue-a method widely discussed in various DIY speaker membrane repair videos. However, I accidentally damaged the flexible cable that controls the touch sensors while removing the transparent part of the speaker. It dropped slightly when I flipped it after unscrewing everything from the bottom. So, please be cautious and do it slowly like in this video, without trying to lift it so much. please give it a try to fix the membrane of your own speakers if that's the issue, it sounds amazing again. I also managed to bypass the on/off touch sensor I broke by directly routing a cable out. Now, I'm enjoying great sound again, though it's a bit less aesthetic. Cheers!
