Bro the first one is impossible, armor does NOT protect against fall damage, unless it was to be enchanted with feather falling, but it’s only on boots, so the rest of the armor is useless.

Dude put higher health of the Nether armors and call it's a day. He is cheating. Also those armors are blunt concussion forces themselves for being hard.
