Ya’ll need to do your research and get your facts straight. The Spencer tiara belongs to the Spencer family and remains with that family as the earldom passes from one male heir to the next. The tiara was on loan to Diana - first from her father, then from her brother when he inherited the title upon the death of Diana’s and his father’s death. Princess Charlotte is not heir to the Spencer family title, and thus has no entitlement to the Spencer tiara. Neither does the current Princess of Wales for the same reason as Charlotte. And just to cover the bases - yes, William and Harry are of Spencer blood through Diana. However, they are NOT heirs to the earldom either. Everything passes through the eldest male heir, which is Diana’s brother. Next in line is his eldest male child.

Her siblings and cousins are also in line to inherit.
