Works very well, take it very slow and small so you don’t aggravate..keep adequately hydrated. You DONT have to aggravate!

Matthew wood knows his stuff and I started learning herbs and homeopathy from him. But As a Christian I am preferring Doc Jones from home grown herbalist

I saw roots much larger in another video. I wonder f that depends on variety or the soil?

Yes I am sure that makes a difference. I've had this reseeding itself for at least 10 years and these are some of the biggest ones I've gotten. It would also depend on whether you were harvesting in the fall or following spring.

That would depend on why your liver is sick and what other herbs or protocols are being used. Supporting the liver would be the first priority because your body isn't going to have the energy or resources to repair things if it's constantly fighting toxins.

So are you saying that if you have Lyme disease and you use teasel, that the symptoms will get worse before they get better?

Not necessarily. Take it very very slow. If the symptoms aggravate then back up and stay at lowest no aggravating dose. And start again VERY slowly. My family has used the tincture

@@heidimartin1835 thanks! I started my husband on the teasel root nine days ago and he has slowly worked his way up to nine drops/day (three drops three times a day). His speech was getting really slurred and it is already improving. He hasn't listened to and enjoyed music for at least a couple of years and last night he played "disc jockey" for me like he used to! Fingers crossed ,and praying that other symptoms start improving as well!

I believe I have to wait until later in the year to find this. Do you sell the tincture or can I get at health foods store. I was diagnosed with Lyme in 02 , I do still have all over pain from time to time, but mainly my shoulders, hips, and knee, so it's definitely moved to my joints. Teasel is going to be my best option (as far as I've seen or heard.) Thanks much!

@@grandmalizard4056 if you look up homegrownherbalist you will find a HUGE selection of excellent tinctures and even suggestions for use. He even has combos of remedies. I am a student at this school, which is great

@@grandmalizard4056I just harvested this week for the same condition! Spring is best, you want to aim for 2nd year rosette BEFORE it shoots up to flower (the plant will use up the good stuff in the root in order to flower) but the 1st year is ok too. Hard to tell 1st from 2nd. PLEASE make sure you are digging from an area that you know isn't being sprayed with chemicals. I found some on my road so I know it's safe. I'm in zone 6, and I hope this helps! Us both! Lol 😊
