"DON'T FOLLOW ME." I think that this storyline is an aftermath of "Balancing Pact", but Clock gets pibbified and disguises himself as normal Clock. Then when Winner goes to recover their teammates, [I think?] they encounter Clock. [The top quote makes sense, since Winner told Two "Don't follow me."]
