I find the setting spray drama really refreshing because like… no one’s life was in danger. No one got bullied. No one was cutting corners or sabotaging anything. People were just genuinely dumbfounded at wtf just happened and then getting their money back. I laughed so hard at the first clip Lmao

The fact that people bought that setting spray, HAD THE ISSUES and continued to say they would go back and buy it again because its that good?? Im sold, im buying a bottle.

I think a lot of influencers heavily underestimate how much work having a makeup brand is, I think a lot of them start it then realize how much work it is and then just push it onto other people. Which is probs where the problems come.

patrick was sincere and took responsibility, gisou took their demographic into account to let them know “hey! we’re sorry that this is happening, this is what we’re changing, and thank you for bringing it to our attention!”, and veronavanity sticking up for herself against such a huge creator buying a knockoff product is just incredible to me. hearing that people are taking accountability (in patrick and gisou case) and sticking up for their work (veronavanity) is just so nice to hear after all of these excuses we’ve gotten time and time again. thanks for this video, you did an awesome job covering these topic and creators.

Looking at the ingredients, it seems that either they didn't react well to one another or it could be due to the temperature shifts. Usually when aerosol products do this, its something that's caused by the environment

Patrick is an excellent example of what an influencer is. He literally apologized sincerely, refunded people who had a defective batch, and fixed the issue. THIS is how you handle criticism perfectly and this is how you fix it. And the fact that people still want to buy his product even after a defective batch shows how amazing it is

Patrick apologised because the brand is his baby. He's been involved at each and every stage of formulation, production,packaging and delivery. Unlike others who just loan their name to a bulk manufacturer and call the brand theirs.

I had an different issue with the setting spray from one size but either way I’m glad whatever it is being fixed. I made a tiktok about it too and posted it on my ig story and one size was nice enough to reply. Saying they appreciated my honest review.
