Me too! It’s a generational thing,I think. “Practice makes perfect” & “try and try again”. Don’t worry of failure,not like lots of KZfaq videos,probably edited 100’s of time,too ashamed to show the mistakes along the way!Hence,the younger viewers get stressed if they cannot follow tutorials to a “T” I’ve seen it first hand,not a pretty sight 😳

Me too. The crazy culture we live in affords us no peace and quiet. I personally think that is why we have so many cases of insanity. Every store, supermarket, waiting room, restaurant, gas station, mall, etc. play audio with lyrics that repeat themselves over and over by a singer whose range is not even an octave. I wish there could be a law outlawing the omnipresent racket. It is deplorable.

@@monicafarrington7798 I agree completely. Even more annoying - to me, at least - is vocalists who "gussy up" the tune, adding trills and do-wops that aren't in the original. Sing it the way it was written, or write your own song!

@@LadyAnneJT Yes, all those extra notes are sooo annoying. Years ago I had some singing lessons. The teacher used to describe those excursions off the score as "going off into voice land." All those embellishments are particularly annoying to me when it comes to the STAR SPANGLED BANNER. As you say, sing it the way it was written or write your own song! Yes!

Not everything is jealousy. I disliked the video simply because of the use of plastic wrap to 'glue' the napkin. It's absolutely unnecessary and can be accomplished with glue the same way.

Perhaps I am incorrect-but you sound arrogant! Humility is being able to do something a better or different way and being GRACIOUS to the other person. @@sharonb.7867 Well, I simply stated *why* I disliked the video. I never said the way I would do it was better in terms of technique. I thumbed it down because of the unnecessary use of plastic, simple as that. If that makes me arrogant, so be it. Btw. this never had anything to do with beauty or anything. It's simply the fact of using stuff that is absolutely detrimental to the environment just to make it a smidge more comfortable to the crafter. There is enough glue available that has the same effect as saran wrap when ironed with a lot less impact on the environment. From the way you sound, I guess you are one of those people that laminate each and everything just to throw it in a landfill a month later, right? Oh well, I am off to learn some grace and humility... without having to scream and throw a tantrum in a comment using all caps. Have a nice life.

Shamayne - Sadly, you are delusional. Glue (or even paste) would tear up and dissolve that napkin to bits and you would have bubbles and wrinkling all over the card. The only other alternative would be laminate - which would not be cost effective and you would lose the texture and cloth like feel of the napkin. Plastic wrap is also the most “green” method I can think of (please let me know if I’m mistaken). I’m totally fascinated by people’s arrogance when they clearly have no clue what they are talking about. I guess you had the need to feel important? You failed miserably. Try sniffing the glue instead.

YES!! I was thinking the same thing!! Parchment paper on bottom instead of dish towel, parchment paper on top instead of piece of paper and nothing will stick. And if it sticks it slides right off and you can keep using the same parchment paper over and over because it holds up so well to the heat!

What is parchment paper pls ? Hold on, I looked it up in Linguee for a better translation in French than "parchemin", and I think now what you recommend is probably "papier de cuisson" or "papier sulfurisé" which you cover cakes with in the oven ..
