Learn how to create a survey in Excel using Option Buttons (a.k.a. Radio Buttons) and Group Boxes.
In this video you will use the AVERAGE formula, Option Buttons (Radio Buttons), Group Boxes, etc.
You will also activate your Developer tab in case it is not active in your Excel.
I hope you can use this example to come up with ideas of your own and you can use this tool in your daily routine so you get more with less effort.

How would we do, if we are going to create a survey for multiple choice questionary where it includes more than two possible choices?

Hello Sardorbek. If you have more than one possible choice to each question, my recommendation is that you use a CHECK BOX instead of an OPTION BUTTON. Refer to the minute 1:38 in the video to see exactly where I display the INSERT CONTROLS MENU. Once you insert the Check Box, you will control it in the same way than the Option Button. I have an example of the use of Check Boxes in my video "Create a progress tracker with check boxes in Excel". Hello Michelle, This might sound odd (but it is my honest answer): What I try to do with my videos is to show the viewers tools they can use in their daily routine so they can finish their work faster and go and enjoy life! That said, if you have hundreds of participants, my recommendation would be to use a professional service like Survey Monkey for example www.surveymonkey.com/ You can also use create surveys with Google Forms www.google.ca/forms/about/ I have used both and they work great!!! Let me disclose that I get ZERO commission from neither Survey Monkey nor Google. It is just a recommendation based on my experience. Like I said, this comment might sound odd being that my channel is in Excel, but I feel that’s my most honest answer. Good luck Michelle and thanks for watching! T-E-CH

How would you send to customers? Email?

Hi Mike, good question. There are several ways you could get the file to your customers. 1) Yes, one of them is by email and ask them to get you an answered survey after saving the changes. 2) You could have the file in a website or a shared folder (for example Google Docs or DropBox) and have them download the file, answer it and email it to you. 3) You could provide them with access to a computer - I do not know what kind of business you do but I'm assuming at some point your customers come to your place (kiosk? store? office?) 4) You could fill the file with them on your computer. Anyway, these are only some ideas I can think of right now. Ultimately you will come up with the best one. I am trying to share the tools with the community so everyone can improve them from there.
