This is the first song I've ever heard bout PTSD. I got PTSD right before I went to prison for the 3rd time bout 15 years ago, I think.(memory sucks now as far as my timeliness goes). I witnessed a little baby boy being shot. I can't go 1 darn day without visioning or dreaming that senerio over n over. I'm more extreme then what I used to be....on bothe ends. I was already screwed in the head from the drugs cuz I don't play well with others. I wish I was normal, but they say what's normal. Tech n9ne ,thanks for making this song n thank you all for putting in on this. You don't know what it means to me.

I can relate to this shit so heavy I feel that this moment is the one that went back in time and burrowed into Einstein's mind through a dream and the imprinted echo of a nightmare afterwards came forward as PTSD he could only finally express as e=mc². Yes, I have good days and bad days with the effects that psychological and emotional manipulation has caused me. I try really hard for good days, it seems like when I stay to Ey myself good days always happen, but when I go around others they trigger that HULK inside of me and then I use it as an excuse to partake my addictions, and then I feel even worse and depressed after being a lazy glutton. So whatever lesson I was supposed to be taught, my lust and want for male company has still not been changed or corrected. I just became a broken soul who is scared of love, but still desires it like everyone else.

Hey love do you know much about CPTSD RAGE. And who I should speak too. It's triggered by people's words ... I've busted my hand. And both feet lastnight from kicking wooden chairs. It's like I'd rather feel my bones break than put up with this mental torture that gets set off when people say something that triggers me..... Do I speak to a psychiatrist ( seeing him tomorrow ) dunno how the fuck I'm gonna explain my feet and hand..... :/ I'll say I fell or jumped... I dunno I'll work it out , or do I be honest ... What the hell do u say without him locking my arse up. I'm no danger to anyone else except myself. Which is worse I guess. :/ I can only break so many bones before I'm put in hospital..... Sigh does this shit show ever end .... Or should I just book myself into hospital. ... ? Serious question... :/

@@lanashowler5906 a psychologist would help as well. A psychiatrist can perscribe medicine, but coupled with talking to someone. The best I've ever heard it put was it doesn't take the tornado you're in the middle of away, but it can help you stand firm in the middle of it. As far as being straight up with the psych, you can be pretty straight and be pretty general. You'll feel when you get to trust them.
