If you spin a can it doesn't fizz up like it would if you shake it, unless you're talking about it exploding when it freezes, in which case it's not freezing it's just making it cold so it won't explode that way either

Nope, if you spin a can like that it doesn't actually explode everywhere when you open it, it only does that when you shake it, so spinning is perfectly fine
