A few questions🙂 - Why should we use XP instead of standard cloth simulations and deformers? Most of the tricks and tips you showed can be done with a Collision deformer and jiggle. You can also play around with parameters such as stiffness, stretch, relax, etc., and of course fields. The same approach is used for Cloth simulation. At least the standard algorithm is faster. But still your results are amazing.

Thank you for your insightful points and kind words about the results! 😊 There's no insistence on using XP over standard cloth simulations and deformers from my side. It was personal curiosity that led me to explore and discover how to get the most out of XP. While Cinema 4D’s cloth simulation is excellent and XP has its own cloth system, I enjoy experimenting with different approaches. Using the Jiggle deformer can create a convincing interactive effect, but it often involves faking it with keyframe animations, which can be time-consuming. On the other hand, XP allows for real-time interaction using attraction and repulsion without needing to fake the effect. In this tutorial, I integrated both C4D tools (like Fields and smoothness) and XP, demonstrating how they can complement each other. Although XP can be slower with complex, high-poly objects, the process to achieve certain results can be much faster compared to standard C4D tools. I hope this clarifies your questions. Thanks again for engaging and sharing your thoughts! 😉

Thank you so much! 😊I'm glad you're excited about more tutorials. Creating high-quality content takes a lot of time and effort-what you see in 30 minutes can take a month to produce. For example, rendering the intro alone took 100 hours. I'd love to create more tutorials, and seeing more subscriptions and views on the channel would definitely encourage me. Thanks for your support, and please be patient as I work on bringing you the best content! 🙏

Beautiful work! Would you also be willing to share the materials you used on your animations? Did you use Octane?
@golshanirad
@golshanirad 14 күн бұрын
Thank you for your kind comment! 😊 I used Redshift for the animations. The material was surprisingly easy to create with Redshift's standard material. I applied a simple colorful ramp to the transmission color with transmission weight set to 1, creating a glass-like effect. However, the real challenge was adding depth and dispersion, which heavily relied on precise lighting. I used a combination of HDRI and RS area lights to achieve the desired effect. To ensure accurate color composition and correction, I exported the entire scene as RAW render ACEScg. It was a balance of the material, lighting, and background colors that helped create the glassy feel with attractive colors. 🌟

@@golshanirad Thank you for getting back to me with such an in-depth response! I don't currently use redshift since I use Octane, but you've made me think about using it in the near future!

@@asmrdrift You're welcome! I'm glad you found the explanation helpful. Redshift is definitely worth exploring, especially for its versatility and control over materials and lighting. Plus, the stability of Redshift in Cinema 4D and its great compatibility mean you get quick updates as soon as Cinema 4D is updated. Happy animating! 🌟

i am wondering if it is possible to get similar result with native c4d new particle system or not ?
@golshanirad
@golshanirad 26 күн бұрын
Thanks for your question, that's a very good point. 👏In Cinema 4D, the new particle system is primarily focused on creating particle simulations. However, X-Particles offers more versatility, allowing you to use particles to manipulate surfaces, such as in cloth simulations or with xpDeformer to create interactive motions. In Cinema 4D, we typically use separate systems: particles for particle simulations and cloth tags with C4D forces for cloth simulations. X-Particles integrates these capabilities into one comprehensive tool.😊

@@golshanirad well i dont want to be rude but i guess if you can show how such great looks can be achieved by native c4d in some tutorials you will help a lot more people 😅
@golshanirad
@golshanirad 26 күн бұрын
@@hamzehyousefzadeh235 I appreciate your perspective, and it's definitely valid! This project combines X-Particles with Cinema 4D's modifiers like smoothing, subdivision, and cloth surface, along with Redshift rendering to bring the visual concept to life. X-Particles offers not just particle and fluid simulations but also versatile tools that act like a Swiss army knife, saving time and enhancing results. If I can achieve similar effects using only Cinema 4D's built-in tools like simulation tags and Bullet tags efficiently, I'd be happy to create a tutorial on it! Thanks for your input! 😊
