My wife picked one of these up for the Family Christmas gift. I finally got it put together, charged, and tried it out this past weekend. Seeing as this was our first RoboVac, I wanted to see how it stacked up against the others. It's initial mapping of the environment was a little erratic, and didn't make much sense to me, but the 2nd day cleaning (I put it on a daily schedule) way WAY more efficient. It chopped nearly 15 minutes off the cleaning time of the 1st pass, and it seems to work pretty well. I was a little worried being a brand I've never heard of before, but I can say that I'm actually fairly impressed with how it's working out so far.

Does it cope well with human hairs? At times, Wife seems to be losing hair quite a lot. Can this one works well with vacuuming human hair?

talking about the carpet performance cleaning, i think you have forget that this is a robot vacuum not an upright or stick one, its made just for the robot doing 😉

the 2.4 wifi is an advantage. That's the longer range wifi freq, and the downside is bandwidth. This isn't going to come close to saturating the 2.4ghz. So to have it do 5ghz would effect range of the device and gain nothing else.

In some cases it may avoid interference, but I totally agree to what you say. Mostly rely on 2.4 at home too

Can you automate to do vacuuming first followed by mopping?

Thanks for the video. Does this vacuum and mop at the same time? Or does it require to vacuum the floor first before using the mop?

My issue with previous units is carpet lips and small tile lips (about 1cm). How does this one go jumping between rugs, tiles etc?

It should be OK. It is fabric based, so shouldnt be harmful.

I really liked the M1 Lefant robot vacuum...until it stopped working. It says unable to charge. I've tried many things but it still won't charge. Does anyone know how to get it to charge again, like a reset button? Thanks.

There should be a reset option. If this doesn't help - get it to a repair shop, should be an easy fix.

i dont think it needs carpet boost considering its 4000 pa. what does other models carpet boost bring there pa to when its on? im sure its not even 4000

4000pa from some companies is not as powerful as for others... Depends on how it is being measured...

You talk about carpet boost, but you do not show the robot's capability on carpet. You show it climbing onto a rug, but you do not say how it performed on that rug.

Seeing how it goes on the rug is in my opinion a lot better that saying words about it. Performance is good IMO, but there is no carpet boost mode.

I was between this one and the Dreame D9 Max, which despite being older seems a bit better (and a bit cheaper, 229€ vs 249€). I think you reviewed the D9. I ended up buying the Dreame D9 Max minutes ago. Do you think it was a good choice?

It was. D9 has superior sensors.

@@TechMishka I had to return the D9 Max due to a faulty side brush motor, and although I can buy it again for 189€, I don't trust the model/brand anymore... I'm looking at the Lefant M1 or even the Lefant N3, with apparently better front sensors. It's a shame you haven't reviewed the N3!

How do you turn on wet mopping? Does it do it automatically when you fill up the water tank? Mine didn’t mop. It just had the fainted trace of water on the floor in one just one area

It detects the installation of the wet mop and begins the wet mopping. Make sure the cloth is properly seated - otherwise it may block some of the needed sensors.
