I've not heard of this brand before. Glad i came across it. I will definitely check their anc headphone models. Also very glad that you are replying to almost all queries. We viewers appreciate that a lot.

Thanks mate! Honestly - keeping up with being around and replying is quite challenging, but I am doing my best. 🙃 Now I am also interested in Tronsmart - and whether they will release something with ANC.

I have them almost for 2 weeks. Overall they are really good for their price. Most annoying thing is the touch controls. They are soooo sensitive. You cant remove them without skipping a song or accidentally activating google assistant or rewind a song. And the problem is that the touch triggering is not applicable only on the touch area on earbuds but almost on the whole surface of the earbuds. But you get what you pay.

I have one question. When you're using both earbuds, the calls is mono or stereo?
@TechMishka4 жыл бұрын
You hear the voice in both of them; But generally phone calls are not stereo - telecoms transfer the signal in rather low quality and bitrate.

The eartips are a little flimpsy and none of them fits well in my ears but after using the better eartips I got from another earbuds, they fit better. The connection drops in and out from time to time but sounds good whenever it doesn't. Also the cover for the charging/carrying case feels flimsy too, like it will break if not carefully open and close.
@TechMishka4 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate, good summary. I also tried different eartips and it indeed sounds better. Although the mid-size fits me pretty well.

My pair started to have a few problems after 3-4 weeks of usage. The left ear-piece has diminished in volume although the bass is equal in both. I am manually balancing the sound in the devices I use and it is kinda annoying. I also tried to remove and clean the tips and the earbuds but the problem persists.

@@TechMishka could you let me know the way to factory reset them? I had no idea that such a method existed
@EA...4 жыл бұрын
I have the Onyx Neo, basically the same as these but newer I guess. Some problems: - touch controls are WAY too sensitive - they randomly activate google assistent (on android) or turn off if you have them in but aren't listening to anything - they feel like breaking sometimes, either no sound/connecting/what not or the sound is just broken. Charging them fully will resolve these issues though - Sometimes they will just NOT connect - The ear-tips that are included are the worst eartips I've ever seen. Use your own - They advertise it as noise cancelling earbuds but they really aren't cancelling, it's the tips and the in-ear mechanic that block out sound from the outside world, BUT NOT NOISE CANCELLING That's it I believe. The sound quality, battery life and extra's are definitely worth the €15,50 I paid for them. (And you can alwaya try to get your money back, it has worked for me. Got my Onyx Neo's for free even though they still work properly)
@TechMishka4 жыл бұрын
Hey, very good summary and thanks a lot for that! Looks like some of the things you describe I have also noticed - especially the part with being sensitive. The connectivity on my end had an issue only once, and then I found out how the reset works. After that - no issues at all . As for the eartips - they seemed fine to me, but I anyways don't like such. It's true that they don't feel as soft as premium models. The noice cancelling is a marketing trick - it is ENC, which only concerns the microphone - something like the Noise Suppression feature with a new name. For that price - it is amazing that we can buy TWS buds 😎

Try a hard reset as described by this guy: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iMVgdKppvZ28eo0.html (He has the Spunky Beats but I'm assuming the procedure is the same, given that they're the same brand).

I got these and have experienced a lot of issues with them. firstly 90% of the time people on the other end of a call can't hear me so useless for call quality. also automatic connection is problematic (doesn't work) or slow. and the touch controls are terrible on the whole as it's impossible to take them out of your ears without hitting it. also these would not work with older bluetooth devices like a 2 year old mp3 player. I'd recommend the haylou gt2 as being a lot better (physical button and more reliable).
@TechMishka4 жыл бұрын
Awesome suggestion, Minom! I had the same kind of situation with taking them in and out. Recently tested the Sudio Tolv 4 (|I know - way more expensive) and the physical buttons felt so good!! 🙃 P.S. THanks for the Haylou GT2 recommendation.

Why don't they work with my newest LG TV (32LM6300PLA)? It has 5.0 bluetooth too. They just disconnect after a few seconds. They work with everything else, but the TV. Someone knows why? I bought them specifically for the TV... I'm thinking about returning them. Can someone help me?
@TechMishka4 жыл бұрын
They don't seem to support firmware - so I guess the only hope you may have is an update on your TV side. Do other headphones work? Could be that the TV is limited to usage of soundbars only via bluetooth.
