Hello friends, today in this video I've shown how to make an easy solar tracker circuit without using Arduino. Here I've used TDA2822 ic.

Wouldn't it make more sense to put the circuit under the panel or in a box and just run wire to the motor and panel while PROTECTING THE CIRCUIT?

Good idea but: How will you prevent the motor from constantly drawing current? In your circuit, the motor draws current continuously.

This for small loads like that motor. You could however use a relay board that uses optocouplers to turn a larger motor. More power tho.

Connect a 1N4007 diode to the solar panel so as to prevent backflow of current from the battery

You should have given a 1N4007 diode to the solar panel and connect the battery to the cathode of the diode (Anode to the solar panel so that cathode acts as the output)so that the current from the battery doesn't flow to the solar panel because it causes the solar panek to heat.

its over complicating a simple task that doesnt need a circuit to do also its drawing power 100% the time so its not efficient plus itll be dead long before the day is out

I know I'm late to the party but... where's the overcharge protection? You're trying to charge a lithium cell to near 5v but one should never overcharge a lithium cell. 4.2v is tops for a lithium charger. Highly likely that this thong will go up in flames one day.
