Thanks for showing where those two screws are! THREE ADDITIONAL POINTERS: 1. When you put the "ring" back on (the one covering the screws), it needs to be oriented correctly because the four nubs on the back side (at 12, 3, 6, 9 o'clock) are different heights. The two long ones (look closely) go at noon and six, so the short ones end up at 3 and 9. If you get this wrong, the ring won't lay flat and won't work in one direction (up/down or left/right) after assembled. Also, be gentle as the ring breaks easily. POINT 2: The silicone/rubber key membrane should be cleaned in soapy water with a small brush (toothbrush). Silicone expresses/leaks an oily substance over time and it interferes with the keys working, preventing contact and/or making keys stick. POINT 3: The bottom heel of the remote (the end you don't point at the TV) is where the two case pieces "hinge" together - try to pry the case apart around the sides and top first, then pivot open and lift the top out of the bottom hinges.

READ ME: your comment saved me thank u. ALSO, the 12 o’clock pin is different than the 6 o’clock pin! The 12 o’clock pin has a tiny ridge that the 6 o’clock one doesn’t have. The 6 o’clock is a circle pin. The 12 o’clock is not quite an exact circle. In addition to this guy’s ☝️ awsm comment, pay attention to the difference btwn 12 and 6 o’clock pin!!!

thanks, I used it to clean it and now it works again fine (buttons were stuck in position). BUT I got 2 pieces more left that I don't find in your videos! I didn't put them back and it works lol!
