You can try this if you get Black / Blue Screen at boot , you are stuck on the bootscreen or when it keeps rebooting.

I am very impressed by your understanding the issue and explaining the solution. Today on 26/09/2022, this video saved my laptop. It blocked because of a sudden energy drop (battery not reliable).. after that, it wouldn't start again.. always bugging just after the windows logo starts to show. When I tried to recover an old version, it wouldn't work. This solution worked perfectly. Thank you for the good work!!

NOPE nothing helped. Let me explain what happened: While scanning my PC with Antimalware I found trojan and some suspicius file. After antimalware deleted those 2 threats I was offered to restart my PC and thats when my problem with starting up Windows 7 started. What should I do?

Oh man I did everything you told me to do with the command prompt I had to listen to it a couple times to get it down right and then I got the screen that says Windows error recovery again so I guess I have to wait till I get that CD recovery that I ordered on Amazon hopefully that fixes the problem period what happened for me is that it said I had a low battery voltage and I ignored it for like 2 months and I had also bought this computer from an older gentleman that tried to install a better copy of windows suspiciously premium and so when I turned the computer on after buying it from him for $25 it said that there was a fraudulent copy of windows. It gave me options to certified whatever time I tried to do that it would take me to a place where it basically said there was no support. Well after the low voltage battery thing a few days ago I start getting this Windows error recovery thing and it gave me the choice to launch startup repair recommended or start Windows normally I've tried so many different things including what this man did and it always comes back to that screen so I don't really know what's going on with this PC but I guess if it doesn't work not for the recovery disk for $8 and paying for $25 for a PC a monitor a keyboard a mouse speakers I guess it's not that much of a loss

Mine does the boot loop because i accidently put it in the safeboot mode,then when it shows a couple seconds of file repairing it blinks with a blue screen (not the ,,BSOD") and then shows the acer logo (because the laptop is Acer) and loops and loops the whole thing again and again,wont stop

I have the same problem, until i figured out that my operating system is not in D. Mine is in E, so i change my command. Instead of D i type E on the command prompt and it works. You can check where your operating system in the system recovery option box. Hope it can help.. :)

if you hit f5 during reboot it should give you a screen to load either a windows (7) or whatever version you have, on that screen hit F8 and it should take you to a safe mode and so on screen that has the repair on top. that is what I had to do. hope it works.

waffle the dog tbh I have no idea ...I ran the command prompt and followed the video..after that it restarted and worked normally .. I think I just got lucky considering literally nothing worked at first.. After a while somehow that fixed it .. I hope it gets fixed soon! Hang in there

Great Video!!! I could follow all the steps and notice that maybe it would've worked for me if I haven't messed up with the Msconfig.exe by setting the number of precessors to the maximum and the memory to the lowest as possible then selecting the boot configuration permanent, plus having no image restore...
