the thing is we can buy anything on dark web. but many of the stuff is not illegal like some people selling cell phones they hot from defected units that the repaired or like that and no one can trace you if you installed your for from a flash drive. so even if you browse it just to see what's there, its completely okay as its just not possible to track you.

According to u dark web can be accessed only through Tor browser and is illegal, but what if I want to use Tor only for surfing to hide my IP address and not for carrying out illegal stuff, so using Tor is illegal ?(only for surfing)....
