I feel like, that we will probably begin to see a Tommy that is beginning to lose his mind, just like Wilbur lost his. He has already said that emotionally he is empty and confused, in the sense that it is all a mess and he can't make it all make sense, because of how hard exile and his 'friendship' with Dream has been. And with the way, he rambled and seemed to get distracted and basically think out loud, while saying he has been doing that a lot, could be a preview to him turning into the new Wilbur. I also feel like Techno sees this because he is now trying to ally with Tommy when it comes to destroying L'manberg, just as he did the same with Wilbur after he and Tommy were exiled. I feel like Techno is seeing history repeat itself, with Tubbo beginning to act like Schlatt when he tried to execute Techno. And I don't think he minds, because he is probably the only one seeing it right now, except for Dream, and Techno wants to try to do better this time, which is probably why he is prepared to make even more Withers now. As for Dream, I feel like the reason he is trying to find Tommy right now, is to either legit kill him and torment him even more, to make sure he does become the next Wilbur, or to prevent him from becoming Wilbur and instead go back to turning him into an obedient soldier, as he tried before. Tommy is still emotionally confused, and, therefore, still vulnerable to some of Dream's manipulation if Dream tried hard enough. (Side note, I know this is all roleplay and friends just having fun, but I wish they could make this into an animation show or something because this is all so fucking epic!)

I've never actually seen Technoblade even once, and I've been watching the dream SMP for about 2 weeks, everyone makes him out to be some terrible person in the script. But he's actually hilarious lmao, I've never laughed so much, Techno and Tommy best comedy duo. Also it's like Techno has 2 voices, and his "joke" voice is so funny to hear lmao
