If you are a human and you have a brain, and the memories and data inside your brain are transferred into an AI, will that AI have a soul, consciousness or will be it just be taking decisions upon pre-described humane-made-error-prone algorithms and formulas on that particular data and information?

There is no concept of soul in science, so there is no question of mind vs soul.

Understandably AI is based upon “data and algorithms”. Being machine, it will work better than humans as it won’t be tired etc. However human beings are unique in having ‘soul and consciousness’ (whether you believe or not) which we experience and enjoy but we have ‘no control’ on it. Therefore we can make a machine even more intelligent than human mind but we have no ability to make something similar to human mind. To me, human mind is the most special thing in whole universe.
