Thank you so much, you saved me from sending back the watch, the main reason I bought it was for the blood pressure/ecg app and pretty mad at samsung for advertising that it was included without being clear that they would not support it in the US. Dante and you did an amazing service for so many of us. I read his instructions but will admit that it intimidated me until I watched your video several times. Don't think I could have managed it without the Bugjaeger site either. So, I want to thank all of you. The app does work on my watch 5 pro now and I am grateful. While I do have a medically approved cuff blood pressure reader and am able to use it to calibrate my watch, it's just not convenient to take it with me everywhere. When I have chest pains and the ecg app indicates a problem, I like to check my blood pressure before deciding if I should bother the people in the emergency room.

Oh, my gosh, after two hours of struggling with this, I finally got it after reading many of your comments. THANK YOU! I am 65 but "fairly" techy, but I've never gone into a device this deeply. I think the biggest issue was opening the correct Samsung Health Monitor. The icons are slightly different. Once I saw the difference, I uninstalled the old one, restarted my phone, and then reinstalled it during the process in the video. Do not install it directly from the Play Store. Good luck, and don't give up!

I have a problem. In the Bigjeager program, it doesn't establish conection with my watch, pop up a message "No address assosiated with host name". The IP is the same that shows up in the debug wifi section.

I am SO BAD with tech stuff but I got it too work!!! I had a little trouble because they updated it to "wireless debugging" so I panicked haha but if you hit this problem don't worry! The IP address is still present! Everything you need IS THERE....just follow the steps in the video and type in the code your watch will give you!! If I can figure it out so can anyone else haha this vidoe helped a lot thx!

Thanks for the viceo, worked fine.. but, after installing, on both phone and on the watch we now have two samsung health apps, is that correct? Only the 2nd one works to do the bp right? Should the original be used for everything previous?

Thanks for posting this fix. One thing that got me hung up is that you have to load two pieces of software one on your watch 5 and the updated Samsung Health app on your phone. It was shown in the video but did not catch it in the verbal description.

I'm looking for advice please. I have a Samsung Watch 5 Pro and a Galaxy S23 Ultra. BP was working fine since the watch 5 Pro was released. Several days ago, my watch performed a firmware update and now BP does not work. I've confirmed I am in Developer Options, Bluetooth off, ADB ON. The ADB debugging over Wi-Fi option is not available on the watch screen so I can not use the Bugjaeger app. to copy the Watch SHM to the watch. Any ideas as to how I can proceed? Thank you.

Having troubles installing the apk to my watch 5 pro. I have the watch connected to the app to install it but when I click to install after a few seconds I get a message saying can not install package. Did the recent watch update prevent this from being installed?

Help! When I try to install the file for my watch a prompt comes up asking me if I want to update the Samsung Health Monitor app. My options are to Update or Cancel. If I select Update it will fail and a message pops up. It reads, "app is not installed as package appears to be invalid." Where did I go wrong? I'm so close to having the entire process finished! For reference I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and a Galaxy Watch 5.

Unfortunately, it is showing readings which are 10/12 points less than the digital monitor used by the doctors. Furthermore, sometimes it shows reading exactly the same as previously taken reading. Bro, you're the best Screw the FDA for stalling approval on a freaking BP and ECG feature. But they have trouble approving other things! Maybe Samsung should ask for an emergency authorization And it'll be approved straightaway.

Hi! I just bought this watch and it's nothing special for now. Difficult to set up some of the things. I can't find this app for blood pressure anywhere. When I ll go to Samsung Health Monitoring it just gives me option for a heart rate! Any suggestions how to find and set up this blood pressure Monitoring?

Wife has Galaxy S22 Ultra paired with her GW5 and had those features so I knew it was due to being a non Samsung phone. Now I can get the most out of the watch so I will keep it!

I have another delema on this one. I loaded bp on Watch 4 classic and phone. Now, I have Watch 5 and loaded bp there as well. I use the same one on the phone. BP works well on both watch except watch 5 doesn't sync. It only sync with watch 4. How can I remedy that?

Thanks for the video ... I was able to install the app onto my watch 5Pro.. I live in Ontario Canada. When I bought my Watch 5Pro it came with Sasmsung Health installed . But it only had the ECG and No Blood Pressure... My watch 4 classic had both and worked great. So I installed both apps for the watch and for the phone .. so now both phone and watch have 2 apps each.. seems to be the app on the phones the stock installed icon looks normal and the one I installed has the wear W emblem on it. Inhale the 2 icons on my watch . The stock one has No BP and the one ininstslled has both ECG & PB. So when I use your app on the watch it tells me to open phone app.. I click the one with the Wear icon and it works .. when it tries to calibrate it says phones Disconnected but it's still connected . I tried uninstalling rebooting then reinstalling again and u getnthe same thing .. dosent recognize a compatible watch or says it's disconnected...

Been trying to download the watch APK but 10min later and it's still circling. I accidentally downloaded the phone one to the watch successfully, uninstalled it, but not wanting to finish with the watch APK?
