No, because there are screws that have to be opened under the keyboard and a pin to unloose first.

Hello TechStore, I have 3468 with 4GB. 2 question: 1. Can I add 256 GB SSD and keep the other HDD in the laptop? The new SSD would go i place of the primary HDD and the older one in tbe CD Drive? 2. Can I add 8GB ram to the other slot and make it 13 GB?

1 = yes 2 = how 13....either 8+4=12 or 8+8=16.......13 gb ram is imposible

Is in this Dell vostro install ssd in caddy make a total of 256gb ssd + 1Tb hdd . due to this much of storage only with 4 gb ram make laptop slow? or due to ssd its speed increases many time?

The speed will increase once you install SSD. If you install an additional 4gb Ram, dual data channel will get activated and will increase efficiency of read and write.

I bought this laptop(i5 variant ) 5 to 6 months ago ,it's very slow(from beginning), it's very irritating I don't know why it is so??It has 4GB ram. No driver or hardware issues found I have contacted to dell also. It takes almost 4 to 5 minutes to restart and loads chrome in 25 to 30 seconds after clicking.I am fed up with this...

Due to 4GB RAM it is slow.. Windows 10 meant to be run smoothly with minimum 8GB RAM.. upgrade your memory, you will get the result..

if you want it faster.. then replace your HDD with a minimum 120GB SSD, and use external HDD for data storing..
