Real Info in this Vid. Job Requirements are getting more beefed up. For a person like myself Im going thru this right now trying to transition from Networking into Cloud. It’s a bit challenging not having OJT training. Exp now is Virtual labs from your preferred Tech learning platform.

Finally folks seem to be waking up. I am glad to hear this. we still have a LONG way to go - of course because our people are always so slow to change direction on important things. Also , why is it that we always want to sell our knowledge back to our people? Usually is because we are just interested in showing what we got or celebrating our success. Neely Fuller describes this phenomenon really well.
