In my opinion , i think companies give a narrow display to convince the user to feel like it's not that big screen and unfold the display . More unfolds = more degradation in quality of the hinge in less time ,and there you go the consumer is ready to upgrade to the newer generation.

Tecno 2 saal bhi nahi chalta bro mera Tecno Pova 3 sirf 10 months mein hi 3 baar iska fingerprint function khud hi gayab ho gaya and hang bhi bohot karta hain and main meri 9 to 6 job hain phir main aakar apni study karta hoon to phone use karne ka time bhi nahi milta still bohot hang karta hain and fingerprint to show bhi nahi ho raha 2 baar theek karwaya but still dubara se option disappeared ho gaya don't go for this brand 😭
