Please I bought one for my mom and right now it refuses to fast charge just always says safe charging.I also tried with my fast charge Redmi charger but it refused to fast charge.Please could you give me some pointers on what could be the problem thanks.

Rest Is not a fast charging phone. Safe charge simply means no issue regarding the battery or the charging system or even the battery. It's always been a common feature among Tecno phones

Been using the phone for a while now, a descent phone, only issue I'm having is that the notification panel always appears collapse not expanded , and one needs to tapping to expanding it , real hope you can provide a solution to it, for me to enjoy the phone more thank you. A quick response would be much appreciated

I'm confused. In the review, he said the processor was Unisoc Tiger T616, but he searched on Nanoreview for T606. There's a difference between the two processors. Which one is the one powering this phone? Still don't get it 🤔

In the phone the processor is unisoc T606. But when I checked with an app, I saw T616. Turns out both are relatively the same. Just a little difference in clock. 1700mHz as against 2000. So the reviews of both chipset are the same. I've clarified that in a new video am posting soon. Thanks for pointing it out.
