Exactly right. When you didnt get thrown on tv because you had a certain look. You had to spend years playing the pubs and clubs and paying your dues before you got on tv

Loved this song...This man was great...Cant be 100% but when this song was a hit I was in a club he was at...He invited me to drink with him ...He was just one of them great people...He even gave me a lift home that night...At the time he had a XJ6 Jaguar..Dark green...1978....Just a short while before I returned to the UK...

I believe you!!! I had a moment with Ted too!!! Back in the '70s my band supported TMG and afterwards we had a ball :) Great guy and sadly missed!!! :(

Saw TMG many times, this was one of their Very Best Songs, we just don’t see bands like this anymore, so sad 😞

Saw Ted Mulry Gang in early 1979 at the GV Cabaret Centre . From what I could hear , just about note - perfect. This song was different to their previous songs. As a matter of interest, Mondo Rock were on the same bill - a great night !!
